1. Eligibility

  1.2 By registering you warrant that you meet this requirement and that any information provided is accurate.

2. Nature of Content  
  2.1 All photos, videos and other media are **fully computer‑generated** by artificial‑intelligence models; no real human was photographed.  
  2.2 Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.

3. Licence of Use  
  3.1 Upon purchase you receive a **personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable** licence to view the content **only inside this website**.  
  3.2 You may **not** download, record, screenshot, redistribute, stream, publish or otherwise exploit the content without prior written consent.

4. Purchases, Payments & Refunds  
  4.1 Payments are processed by **Stripe, Inc.**, in USD; your bank may add currency‑conversion fees.  
  4.2 **Refunds:** You may request a full refund within **7 calendar days** *provided that* 
  (i) the purchased content has not been accessed or downloaded, **or** 
  (ii) a documented technical failure prevents access.  
  4.3 To request a refund email **lorneevelyn@gmail.com** with your payment ID. Abuse (e.g. repetitive refunds or chargebacks) may lead to permanent account ban.

5. User Conduct  
  5.1 The following are strictly prohibited: account sharing, automated scraping, reverse‑engineering, exploiting security flaws, harassment or any unlawful activity.  
  5.2 Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund and potential legal action.

6. Intellectual‑Property & DMCA  
  6.1 All site code, design, trademarks, and AI‑generated assets are owned by Lorne Evelyn or its licensors.  
  6.2 We comply with the **DMCA**. If you believe material infringes your rights, send a takedown notice to **lorneevelyn@gmail.com**.

7. Privacy  
  7.1 We collect only data necessary to provide the service (email, IP, purchase history, technical logs).  
  7.2 Full details are in our **Privacy Policy**; by using the site you consent to such processing.

8. Availability & Liability  
  8.1 Service is provided **“as is” and “as available”**; we make no warranties of uninterrupted operation.  
  8.2 Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the **preceding 12 months**. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Arbitration & Class‑Action Waiver  
  9.1 Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be **resolved by binding arbitration** under the Rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).  
  9.2 You and we waive any right to participate in class‑action litigation.

10. Export & Sanctions Compliance  
  10.1 You may not use the service if you are located in a country subject to UK, EU or U.S. sanctions or are on a restricted‑party list.

11. Changes  
  11.1 We may modify these Terms at any time; we will notify you via email or banner. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Severability  
  12.1 If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction  
  13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of **England and Wales**. Courts of London shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law mandates otherwise.
